A podcast on Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE)
What is a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE)? And what does it look like across the worlds of sport, business and other performance fields? With 17 years working in marketing strategy for blue chip companies and 11 years training towards Sport Psychologist chartership (CPsychol - achieved in Jan 2024), I am seeking to find what each domain can learn from the other. To do this, I am speaking to high performance experts, psychologists and those at the forefront of leadership, teamwork and organisational psychology research. To follow Slice of PIE, visit the website here or click on this podfollow link.
Slice of PIE has been shortlisted for the Sports Podcast Awards (very proud!).
It was promoted by the BPS Division of Sport & Exercise Psychology (DSEP) and is also an official learning resource for the British Association of Sport & Exercise Sciences (BASES) and is on the Feedspot list entitled ’Best 25 UK psychology podcasts’.
I’ve written an article on Medium about the key themes and insights that have emerged from the interviews - to read that article click here.
Slice of PIE is also proudly part of FindCourses.co.uk - if you want to learn more about sports psychology, there are numerous motivation training and psychology courses to check out.
